Silver medals were awarded in the individual floor and all-around competitions. Following the 2nd Olympics the gymnast was off for three years from gymnastics. Also, she was a member of the gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. She began her gymnastics training when she was just two years old and is a fan of floor exercise.
